Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Operation Policy sets the usage standards, permitted acts, restricted acts, sanction standards, and other operational matters for the 2B2T KOREA Minecraft server and Discord server.

Article 2 (Scope)

This policy applies to the following.

  1. The 2B2T KOREA Minecraft server
  2. The 2B2T KOREA Discord server
  3. Related community spaces officially operated by 2B2T KOREA

Article 3 (Basic Principles)

  1. The 2B2T KOREA Minecraft server is an anarchy server.
  2. The 2B2T KOREA Discord server is a separate community space and may be managed and sanctioned under different standards.
  3. Users must comply with Korean law, Discord Terms of Service, Minecraft EULA, and Microsoft and Mojang policies.

Chapter 2 Minecraft Server Operation Policy

Article 4 (Anarchy Server Characteristics)

  1. The 2B2T KOREA Minecraft server is an anarchy survival server and provides greater freedom than ordinary survival servers.
  2. Using hacked clients in-game is permitted.
  3. Staff generally do not intervene in in-game disputes between users.

Article 5 (Restricted In-Game Acts)

  1. The following acts may be restricted: chat spam, acts affecting the entire server and interfering with normal play, and acts violating Korean law.
  2. Server-wide interference may include crash exploits, lag machines, and excessive server load.
  3. Due to the anarchy nature, such acts are not uniformly prohibited by rule.
  4. If the impact is severe, the user may be temporarily blocked until staff identify and fix the issue.
  5. This is a temporary stability and repair measure, not punishment.

Article 6 (Mod Clients and Attack Acts)

  1. Hacked clients, mod clients, automation, and similar in-game client functions are generally permitted.
  2. Vulnerability scanning, port scanning, DoS/DDoS, unauthorized access, privilege escalation, information theft, data alteration/deletion, attack-purpose reverse engineering, and attacks against servers, proxies, databases, web services, management systems, or networks are strictly prohibited.
  3. If an attack is confirmed or suspected, staff may preserve logs and evidence.
  4. Where necessary, legal action may be taken or information may be shared with malicious IP reporting services.

Article 7 (Minecraft Server Sanctions)

  1. Sanctions may include temporary or permanent chat restriction and temporary server connection block.
  2. Minecraft server access is generally not permanently banned.
  3. Serious attacks, legal violations, security threats, or operational interference may result in measures necessary to protect the service.

Chapter 3 Discord Server Operation Policy

Article 8 (Separate Discord Operation)

  1. The Discord server is operated separately from the Minecraft server.
  2. Acts permitted in Minecraft are not necessarily permitted on Discord.
  3. Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply first.

Article 9 (General Chat Prohibitions)

The following are prohibited in general chat channels.

  1. Spam
  2. Severe profanity
  3. Advertising or promotion
  4. Impersonating staff
  5. Sexual remarks or sexual images/videos
  6. Sharing or leaking personal information
  7. Violating Discord Terms or Community Guidelines
  8. Other acts staff judge to seriously harm community order

Article 10 (Personal Information)

  1. Collecting, posting, sharing, distributing, or implying another person’s personal information is prohibited.
  2. Personal information includes IP address, real name, residence or school, phone number, and other identifying information.
  3. Even information disclosed by the person themselves may be deleted or sanctioned if inappropriate for community safety.

Article 11 (Uncensored Chat and Image Channels)

  1. These channels apply more relaxed standards than general chat channels.
  2. Discord Terms and Guidelines must still be followed.
  3. Illegal content, personal information leaks, malware, phishing, crime-related content, and legally problematic or minor-inappropriate content are prohibited.

Article 12 (Discord Sanctions)

  1. Sanctions may include timeout, temporary restriction, permanent restriction, channel access restriction, and post deletion.
  2. Sanctions are decided based on violation details, intent, repetition, damage, and community impact.
  3. Whether reasons are disclosed is at staff discretion.
  4. Users may appeal through a Discord ticket or admin@2b2t.한국.

Chapter 4 Sanctions and Appeals

Article 13 (Sanction Standards)

  1. Staff may impose necessary sanctions on users who violate the Terms or Operation Policy.
  2. Sanctions are determined by considering the nature, intent, repetition, damage, impact on stability, and possible legal violations.
  3. Urgent service protection may require sanctions without prior warning.

Article 14 (Appeals)

  1. Users may appeal through a Discord ticket or admin@2b2t.한국.
  2. Appeals should include account information, sanction time, details, and reason where possible.
  3. Staff may review appeals but are not obligated to change or remove every sanction.
  4. Appeals containing false facts, profanity, threats, spam, or malicious repeated inquiries may not be processed.

Chapter 5 Miscellaneous

Article 15 (Policy Changes)

  1. This policy may be changed as needed for service operation.
  2. Staff will announce changes where possible.
  3. Continued use after the changed policy takes effect is deemed acceptance.

Chapter 6. External Policies and Content Measures

Article 16 (Applicable External Policies)

  1. The Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Minecraft Community Standards, Microsoft Services Agreement, and Xbox Community Standards apply to use of the Minecraft server.
  2. Regardless of the server’s anarchy character, content prohibited by those policies is not allowed, including illegal content, child exploitation or endangerment, hate or violent-extremist content, threats or harassment, sexual exploitation, fraud, malware, privacy violations, and intellectual-property infringement.
  3. The current official documents published by Mojang and Microsoft determine the content and scope of those external policies.

Article 17 (Content Subject to Measures)

  1. Measures may apply not only to public and private chat but also to signs, books, maps, skins, names, item names, pixel art, builds, block placements, and other in-game expression.
  2. Where several blocks or structures jointly form a prohibited expression, the combined structure may be treated as one item of content.
  3. Profanity by itself, ordinary in-game competition, raiding, destruction, use of hacked clients, or ordinary anarchy gameplay is not by itself treated as an external-policy violation.

Article 18 (Removal and Restoration Measures)

  1. The Operators may remove, hide, replace, move, or modify violating content; remove related blocks or builds; or restore or roll back world data where necessary.
  2. The least scope reasonably necessary should be used, but an entire structure may be removed where separation is not technically reasonable or the whole structure forms the prohibited expression.
  3. Urgent measures may be taken without prior notice, and the reason, basis, target, and time will be recorded where practicable.
  4. Normal adjacent content may be unavoidably affected, and the Operators will use reasonable efforts to minimize that effect.

Article 19 (Temporary Restrictions for Repeated or Intentional Violations)

  1. Repeated or intentional violations may be found to create a material server-wide risk where a user repeats substantially similar conduct after notice or removal, circumvents measures through coordinates or accounts, continues despite awareness of a risk of Mojang, Microsoft, network-provider, or governmental enforcement, or creates prohibited content at scale to impair other users’ access.
  2. Such conduct may be treated as malicious interference comparable to a server attack in order to protect continued availability for other users.
  3. If content measures are insufficient or immediate recurrence is substantially likely, related accounts and connection methods may be temporarily blocked until the issue is resolved.
  4. The restriction must be lifted when the risk is resolved; permanent blocking is not the ordinary policy.

Article 20 (Procedure, Review, and Appeal)

  1. For non-urgent matters, the Operators may notify the user of the violation and the corrective action required.
  2. The reason, start time, release conditions, and available evidence for a temporary restriction will be recorded internally.
  3. Continued necessity will be reviewed at reasonable intervals. Appeals with supporting material may be submitted by Discord ticket or to admin@2b2t.한국.
  4. Evidence may be withheld in whole or in part where necessary for an investigation, security, reporter protection, or third-party rights.

Article 21 (In-Game Chat Restrictions)

  1. A user may be restricted from sending chat messages where any of the following conduct materially disrupts ordinary conversation or causes harm to another user:
    1. Repeated message transmission using a bot, macro, script, or other automated means;
    2. Excessive repetition of identical or substantially similar content, continuous meaningless strings, or other flooding that occupies the chat;
    3. Disclosing or distributing another person’s personal or identifying information without consent, or using that information to threaten the person;
    4. Repeatedly or persistently sending profanity, insults, hateful or discriminatory expressions, or threats unrelated to the context of gameplay or conversation in a manner that materially degrades the chat environment; or
    5. Other conduct that may reasonably be found to materially interfere with ordinary chat use after considering the content, frequency, duration, intent, and resulting harm.
  2. The Operators may issue a warning, a time-limited chat restriction, or a long-term chat restriction after considering frequency, persistence, context, intent, reach, harm, and prior enforcement history.
  3. A single use of profanity or an ordinary in-game dispute will not by itself result in a long-term chat restriction. Where practicable, measures will be graduated and limited to what is necessary to stop the conduct and prevent recurrence.
  4. A chat restriction under this Article is separate from a server-access restriction. Separate measures may apply where the same conduct also violates law, creates a security threat, or constitutes serious operational interference under Article 19.
