Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Minecraft server and Discord server services provided by 2B2T KOREA, as well as the rights, duties and responsibilities of users and operators, donations, disclaimers, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Service Name and Scope)
- The official name of the service is “2B2T KOREA”.
- These Terms apply to the following services.
- The 2B2T KOREA Minecraft server
- The 2B2T KOREA Discord server
- Official notices, documents, guides, and supplementary services provided by 2B2T KOREA
- The official domain of 2B2T KOREA is
2b2t.한국.
Article 3 (Operator and Contact)
- 2B2T KOREA is operated by the 2B2T KOREA staff team.
- Questions about service use, terms, sanctions, privacy, donations, or other matters may be submitted through a ticket in the 2B2T KOREA Discord server or by email at admin@2b2t.한국.
Article 4 (Effect and Changes)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Discord server, official documents, notice channels, or another appropriate location.
- 2B2T KOREA may change these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law.
- When the Terms are changed, the staff will announce the effective date and major changes in advance where reasonably possible.
- If a user does not agree to the changed Terms, the user must stop using the service.
- Continued use of the service after the changed Terms take effect is deemed acceptance of those changes.
- Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by the Operation Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable law, and general practice.
Article 5 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.
- “Service” means the Minecraft server, Discord server, and related supplementary services provided by 2B2T KOREA.
- “Staff” means people who operate, manage, maintain, enforce, and respond to inquiries for 2B2T KOREA.
- “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses 2B2T KOREA.
- “Account” means a Minecraft account, Discord account, or similar identifier used to access the service.
- “Post” means text, images, videos, links, files, chat, command input, and other content written, posted, uploaded, or transmitted by a user in the service.
- “Sanction” means a restriction imposed by staff for violation of these Terms or the Operation Policy.
- “Donation” means a voluntary provision of money or equivalent value to support the operation of 2B2T KOREA.
Chapter 2 Use Agreement
Article 6 (Formation of the Agreement)
- For the Minecraft server, a user is deemed to agree to these Terms by continuing to connect or play after checking the terms shown at first connection.
- For the Discord server, the user must agree to these Terms during server entry or verification, and the agreement is formed when that process is completed.
- Users who do not agree to these Terms may not use 2B2T KOREA services.
Article 7 (Accounts and Alternate Accounts)
- 2B2T KOREA does not require Minecraft and Discord accounts to be linked.
- Alternate accounts are generally permitted.
- However, if alternate accounts are used for service disruption, attacks, illegal acts, policy violations, or other improper acts, staff may take necessary action.
Article 8 (Account Management)
- Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
- Users must not transfer, lend, sell, or share their accounts with third parties.
- If account theft, unauthorized use, or a security incident is suspected, the user must notify staff immediately.
- 2B2T KOREA is not liable for damages caused by poor account management.
Article 9 (VPN, Proxy, and Bypass Connections)
- 2B2T KOREA may automatically block some VPNs, proxies, data centers, Tor, malicious IP ranges, and similar networks for stability and security.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or bypass connection itself is not generally prohibited.
- Connections from ranges that are not automatically blocked are allowed, but using them for attacks, service disruption, or illegal acts may result in necessary action by staff.
Chapter 3 Service Use
Article 10 (Service Provision)
- 2B2T KOREA aims to provide the service 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are technical or operational issues.
- Use of the service may be temporarily restricted for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, server migration, incident response, security measures, infrastructure changes, or other needs.
- Staff may announce the reason for interruption or restriction in advance where possible, but urgent cases may be announced afterward.
Article 11 (Changes and Suspension)
- 2B2T KOREA may change, restrict, or suspend all or part of the service for operational, technical, or security reasons.
- The service may be interrupted due to natural disasters, power outages, network failures, hosting provider failures, platform failures, server failures, attacks, security incidents, or other force majeure events.
- 2B2T KOREA is not liable for inability to connect, loss of play records, data loss, or other damages caused by service changes, restrictions, or suspension unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Article 12 (World Data and Game Data)
- World data, inventories, builds, items, play records, and other game data may be reset, rolled back, lost, or changed due to server failures, storage issues, software errors, security incidents, maintenance, operational needs, or other reasons.
- Staff will make reasonable efforts to keep world and game data safe.
- No separate compensation is provided for damage caused by data reset, rollback, loss, or change.
- 2B2T KOREA plans to distribute map data for at least one month after service termination.
- However, whether, how, for how long, and to what extent data is distributed may change depending on technical, legal, and operational circumstances at the time of termination.
Article 13 (Posts and Content)
- Rights to posts written or uploaded by users generally belong to those users.
- Users must ensure their posts do not violate law, these Terms, the Operation Policy, or the rights of others.
- Posts may not be deleted even after withdrawal, blocking, sanction, or end of service use.
- 2B2T KOREA may use publicly posted chats, images, videos, screenshots, and posts for service operation, security, dispute response, evidence preservation, promotion, record keeping, and community operation.
- 2B2T KOREA may delete, move, modify, hide, or take other necessary action on posts that violate these Terms, the Operation Policy, law, or external platform policies without prior notice.
Article 14 (External Platforms and Unofficial Status)
- Users must comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Minecraft EULA, and Microsoft and Mojang policies when using 2B2T KOREA.
- 2B2T KOREA is an unofficial community server with no official partnership, sponsorship, approval, or operational relationship with Mojang, Microsoft, or the original 2b2t server.
- 2B2T KOREA is a Korean community server inspired by 2b2t and does not represent or act on behalf of the original 2b2t server.
Chapter 4 Donations
Article 15 (Nature of Donations)
- 2B2T KOREA may receive voluntary donations to cover operating costs and support community operation.
- A donation is not a service license, product purchase, investment, deposit, guarantee, or claim; it is a voluntary monetary contribution supporting 2B2T KOREA operations.
- Donors may receive donation rewards.
- Donation rewards do not include pay-to-win elements.
- Future donation rewards will also not include pay-to-win elements.
Article 16 (Refunds)
- Donations are not refundable.
- All donation decisions are final, and users must review the donation details, rewards, and no-refund condition before donating.
- If applicable law requires a refund or return, that law will apply.
Article 17 (Illegal or Mistaken Transfers)
- Transfers under another person’s name, criminal proceeds, so-called “ping money,” money laundering, fraud victim funds, and other illegal or improper transfers are strictly prohibited.
- If such conduct is confirmed or suspected, 2B2T KOREA may reclaim rewards, restrict use, preserve materials, report to financial or investigative authorities, or take legal action.
- If a mistaken transfer occurs, the sender must request return through the relevant bank or financial institution.
Chapter 5 User Obligations and Prohibited Acts
Article 18 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with these Terms, the Operation Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable law, and external platform policies.
- Users must not unfairly interfere with other users’ normal use of the service.
- Users are responsible for civil and criminal liability arising from their own acts.
Article 19 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate the laws of the Republic of Korea
- Acts that interfere with normal service operation
- Impersonating staff
- Infringing another person’s account, personal information, rights, or property
- Violating policies of external platforms such as Discord, Microsoft, or Mojang
- Acts prohibited by these Terms or the Operation Policy
- Attack acts beyond the level of in-game mod client use
- Attacks, intrusions, or interference against 2B2T KOREA server infrastructure, network, database, web service, Discord, or management systems
Article 20 (Measures Against Attack Acts)
- Attack acts beyond the level of in-game mod client use are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited attack acts include vulnerability scanning, port scanning, DoS or DDoS attacks, unauthorized access attempts, privilege escalation, information theft, data alteration or deletion, attack-purpose reverse engineering, malicious packets, and acts staff judge to be serious security threats.
- If such conduct is confirmed or suspected, 2B2T KOREA may preserve related logs and evidence.
- Legal action may be taken depending on severity, damage, intent, and repetition.
- Where necessary, IP addresses, attack logs, and related evidence may be shared with Spamhaus, AbuseIPDB, or relevant authorities.
Chapter 6 Sanctions, Appeals, and Disclaimer
Article 21 (Use Restrictions)
- If a user violates these Terms, the Operation Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable law, or external platform policies, staff may restrict service use.
- Sanctions include chat restriction, Discord server restriction, and Minecraft server connection block.
- Minecraft server access is generally not permanently banned.
- However, in serious cases such as attacks, legal violations, security threats, or operational interference, staff may take separate measures necessary to protect the service.
- The level, period, scope, and disclosure of sanctions are at staff discretion.
- Users may appeal sanctions through a Discord ticket or email at admin@2b2t.한국.
Article 22 (Damages)
- If a user causes damage to 2B2T KOREA or a third party by violating these Terms, the Operation Policy, or applicable law, the user may be liable for that damage.
- The user is responsible for damage caused by illegal acts, attack acts, improper transfers, or service disruption.
Article 23 (Disclaimer)
- 2B2T KOREA is a free or donation-based community service and is not liable for damages related to service use unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
- 2B2T KOREA is not liable for damages caused by reasons attributable to the user.
- 2B2T KOREA has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party, and is not liable for damages arising from such disputes.
- 2B2T KOREA is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, power outages, network failures, hosting provider failures, platform failures, server failures, attacks, or security incidents.
Article 24 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a legal dispute arises in relation to 2B2T KOREA use, the competent court will be determined by applicable law.
