Privacy Policy

Article 1 (General)

2B2T KOREA may process users’ personal information while operating the Minecraft server and Discord server, and establishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 2 (Purposes of Processing)

Information is processed for service provision, user identification, connection records, sanctions, inquiries and appeals, failure analysis, security response, evidence preservation, law enforcement response, and service quality improvement.

Article 3 (Personal Information Processed)

1. Discord ID
2. Minecraft UUID
3. Minecraft nickname
4. IP address
5. Connection records
6. Chat logs
7. Command usage records
8. Sanction records
9. Logs needed for security, incident response, attack defense, and operation

Article 4 (Retention Period)

1. Information may be retained until service termination.
2. After termination, information may be retained as needed for legal duties, disputes, investigations, legal action, or attack evidence preservation.
3. Sanction records, attack logs, and security records may be retained for a long period.

Article 5 (Destruction)

1. Information may be destroyed when the processing purpose is achieved or retention is no longer needed.
2. Electronic files are deleted to make recovery difficult; physical records are shredded or similarly destroyed.
3. Backups, logs, server records, and security records may retain information for technical reasons.
4. Information needed for legal, dispute, security, investigation, or evidence purposes may be excluded from destruction.

Article 6 (Third-Party Provision)

1. 2B2T KOREA generally does not provide personal information externally.
2. Information may be provided where lawfully requested by investigative agencies or courts, required by law, needed for security threat response, malicious IP sharing such as Spamhaus or AbuseIPDB, or service/legal/dispute protection.
3. Provided information may include IP addresses, attack logs, connection records, account identifiers, and evidence.

Article 7 (Outsourcing)

1. 2B2T KOREA currently does not separately outsource personal information processing.
2. External platforms and infrastructure such as Discord, hosting providers, cloud providers, and email services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Future outsourcing will be disclosed through this Policy or a separate notice.

Article 8 (Overseas Transfer)

1. 2B2T KOREA does not primarily aim to transfer information overseas by itself.
2. Information may be processed or stored overseas when using Discord, Microsoft, Mojang, email, cloud, or hosting services.
3. Such processing follows each provider’s terms, privacy policy, and technical operation.

Article 9 (Security Measures)

1. Restricting access to personal information and logs
2. Granting administrator permissions only as needed
3. Maintaining server and management system security settings
4. Managing logs for attack detection and defense
5. Minimizing unnecessary collection
6. Checking logs and responding to security incidents

Article 10 (Automatic Collection and Logs)

1. The Minecraft server and related systems may automatically store IP addresses, access times, account identifiers, command usage, chat records, and security logs.
2. The website may use access logs, HTTP request records, security logs, cookies, and similar tools.
3. Cloudflare and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure may store IP address, access time, requested URL, User-Agent, method, response code, and HTTP request records.
4. Automatically collected information is used for operation, security, incident response, attack defense, traffic analysis, sanctions, and dispute response.

Article 11 (Sensitive Information and User Caution)

1. 2B2T KOREA generally does not request sensitive information.
2. Information voluntarily disclosed in Discord, Minecraft chat, posts, profiles, or introductions may be exposed to others.
3. Users should avoid disclosing real names, addresses, phone numbers, schools, account information, financial information, health information, or private information.
4. Staff may delete, hide, or restrict disclosed information for safety, privacy, legal compliance, or operational needs.

Article 12 (User Rights)

1. Users and legal representatives may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing.
2. Requests may be submitted through Discord tickets or admin@2b2t.한국.
3. Identity verification may be required.
4. Requests may be restricted if they may infringe others’ rights, are needed for operation/security/sanctions/disputes, must be retained by law, are needed for investigation/legal response/evidence, or are technically difficult to delete.

Article 14 (Remedies)

Users may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center, Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, Supreme Prosecutors’ Office cyber investigation departments, or National Police Agency cyber investigation departments for consultation or remedies.

Article 15 (Changes)

1. This Privacy Policy may be revised due to operational needs or legal changes.
2. Staff will announce revisions in advance where possible.
3. Continued use after the changed Policy takes effect is deemed acceptance.
